How long will it take for my gift to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gift delivered by a specific date.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will find a text box where you can write a custom note that we will print on a premium gift card and include in your package.

What is your return policy for gift items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that personalized or perishable items are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Wrappiness Gifts ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities in the near future.

Will the recipient see the price of the items?

No, we never include invoices with pricing in our gift packages. You will receive a digital receipt via email, while the recipient only receives a packing slip without prices.
