At Wrappiness Gifts, we want you to be delighted with every purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
